Much better. Can you find CarbSmart ice cream made by Breyer's? Full fat but sweetened with Splenda mostly.

Been a rough day for me. Tired. I went grocery shopping and almost did NOT make it home. For some reason my bathroom schedule consists of early am as well as afternoon. Sigh. Anyway...I found some low carb stuff today at the mart. =D

B-protein shake

L-protein shake, 2tbs of TGI Fridays Spinach Artichoke dip with five frito scoops and two brown and serve sausage links

D- Chicken lunch meat on half a piece of Ezekial bread, mayo and cheese

S-protein drink with heavy whipping cream mixed with water (made me gag) I use to love heavy whipping cream. Now it is to much for me. 

Calories- 1625

Carb- 47

Fat- 107

Protein- 105

Sugar- 25

Water-48 ounces =(

Ugh! Sorry about the rough day and about the heavy whipping cream turning you off. Keep looking for your match made in heaven.

I will find it. I am really trying to cut back on the carbs I am getting from milk in my protein shakes. It is taking up most of my carbs. I would like to enjoy some different foods but it is hard to do when staying around 50 carbs and your protein shakes takes more than 2/3rds of that. I will try the HWC again and see if I can stomach it. Maybe I need to thin it more.
