B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (30g)
S - EAS protein coffee (15g)?
L - protein shake (30g)
S - macadamia nuts
S - peanuts

D - bunless burger
 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: done
evening batch: starting 

EXERCITES:
walking

B: 2 plain coffee with heavy cream
B2:  2 scoop protein shake with 1/2 cup greek yogurt (70 gms)

L:  Pork tenderloin braciole, cause pork tenderloin is a dry, flavorless meat!  What they have done to the American pig to make it so healthy - breaks my heart .

S: 3 raw eggs, 1 cup 1/2n1/2, cocoa powder, 4 TBS peanut butter, sweetner (41 grams protein).  I will pasturize the eggs before I put them in the blender. 

D: Going to try a new low carb pizza recipe.

Vits: doing good on these.  Up to 3 tender irons a day.

Exerc:  must go move wet, green (heavy) fire wood to new location.

I agree about the pork!  The best cuts of meat start with pork shoulder and end with bacon. I could get the best pork at our local farmers market...oh my goodness!  I can't do a thing with tenderloin or chops.

I'm sooo over food again right now.  So, I shall sit back and drink my protein for a couple days!!!

Protein 119g - not too bad for drinking it all :)

B - Iced sf vanilla coffee

S - Iced protein coffee (24g)

L - Syntrax Caribbean Cooler protein drink (23g)

S - Iced protein coffee (24g)

D - Protein shake (24g)

S - Oh, I suppose maybe a protein coffee (24g)

Vites - AM In, PM Pending

Exercites - Nada - although I think at the end of the day, I'll take the stairs down 4 flights, which would be progress for me :)

Trying to watch my carbs - just ordered a bunch of pork rinds including salt and vinegar from Amazon... Need crunchy stuff!

Bites
B - coffee and half & half; Fage yogurt w/blackberries and slivered almonds
S - Raw almonds and turkey jerky
L -  crab salad over small salad with red peppers, cucumber, avocado and low fat salsa dressing
D - left over smoked ribs; corn on the cob and grilled asparagus
S - cheese crisps and probably more cheese and sliced salami

Vites: on track!
Cites: Elliptical - 40 minutes

More severe weather due here for the next 2days.

L: chef's salad....ate the meat, cheese, egg and a few bites of lettuce

Ugh!  You take care out there. I wish you could come east and stay here with me during tornado season.  : (

Good evening,

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

S: yogurt with last of the raspberries

S: protein bar

L: taco salad, no shell, homemade, lettuce, tomato. hamburger and sour cream and cheese ( was very good)

S: two sf cookies. popcorn and diet pepsi

D: ceaser salad with chicken breast and a bit on mac n cheese

S: not sure either a smoothie or sf ice cream

VItes: all in except bedtime

Excerites: none today

overall I feel good about my eating, still need to work on carbs, maybe a shake day is what I need to, that might help me get on track.

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
