Two weeks out of surgery, I am looking at the lable of the protien powder "egg protien", that I had gotten before I left for surgery.

25g protien, 3g carbs, and the one I didnt notice 1g surgar.  I know I was so consumed with looking at the protien, and carbs, that I didnt even look for grams of surgar.  I think, since Im a newbie,  I just thought all the surgar was listed as carbs.  Lesson learned...  Is it going to hurt me to finish this container  of protien powder?  And is it as good, or better then the whey protien isolate?  At the time when I bought it I thought it sounded superior.  Thats why I got it.  Also is it ok to mix some tomato with my cottage cheese?  I mean carb wise.  I havent tried cottage cheese yet, Im kind of excited to.  I still cook for the rest of my family, and I know I must have an easy going sleeve because I have tasted many things while cooking, even a little bites of ham, and nothing seems to bother me yet.  Its almost to good to be true.  I keep thinking could I be one of the lucky ones????

It's a good alternative to whey protein isolate and it won't hurt to fini**** Go for some tomato but try a little and see how you do before we eat too much and the acid disagrees with you. I don't think it will but try new things slowly. : )

Your protein powder sounds a lot like ISO Pure.  I think I saw it had 4 carbs per scoop...

If the protein powder isn't bothering your stomach, I would use it up.
