3g sugar. I only look at sugars. Then again, I only have 1 piece a couple or three times a week. I eat it separately because it fills me up so much. I can't do regular bread at all. I can do a bite of sourdough. You may want to look at Gluten. Gluten gives me the gurgles but also makes me gassy and bloated. I don't even do Soy Sauce anymore. I use the alternative Bragg's.
