Hi guys,
I'm cooking for a crowd today, so it will be one of those "a little bit of this and a little bit of that" days. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - egg, bacon and a protein coffee (30g)
L - bunless burger with fresh tomato and mayo, fresh strawberries shared with grandbaby#2, shrimp ****tail and deviled eggs
S - pistachios 

D - strawberries and blueberries in cream and a protein shake (30g)
S - pistachios...they are gone!


VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 

EXERCITES:
cooking and running after grandbabies

Ooh - I bet you're a great cook!! :-)

DH put my protein in stupidly small container which is nigh on impossible to get the scoop into properly.   I have some gas and I blame the 60g protein shake I had (I badly mismeasured).  I'm off to Tunisia on Wednesday so I'll most likely skip having any shakes 'til I arrive at the hotel as I don't want any bloat at all that day!!

Hi, Gina,
I'm back and will start posting again. Want to lose 10lbs.

While I've been gone:
1. Had a upper endoscopy and upper GI
2. Tornado hit very close
3. Granddaughter graduated for high school

hope you enjoy the grandbabies part, that can be so much fun.

Good evening, (had hubby at hospital for 5 hours today, he was not feeling well, so we spent most of our day there)

B: protein shake with cinnamon and nutmeg with 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water/ coffee with splenda and heavy cream

S: protein bar and 2 sugar free carmel latte's at Starbucks ( syrup had no sugar and had them use heavy cream instead of lowfat milk) was this a smart move???

L: 1/2 cheese bagel and 5 timbits

D: ribs and 1/2 cup brown rice and 3 small pieces of cantalope

S: small smoothie and small sundae

VItes: all in except bedtime

Exercites: sitting at a hospital, going for coffee should count

I am going to try again tomorrow to low carb, everyday I hope to get better. I have my work cut out for me, that is for sure.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

How's he doing today? Better? 

Bites look good until the carb monster caught up with you. It takes practice to out run him. Hang in there.
