Thanks and thank you for guiding me. BTW chocolate and rice pasta are things I don't plan on eating that close together any time soon. Actually I think the rice pasta won't be staying on my menu at all as it caused too much gas to be worth it.

Good evening,

B: protein shake with tbsp pb and 1/2 banana

B2: 1/2 oatmeal, hubby made it used heavy cream with it

S: protein bar

L; 1/2 quesida with sour cream and salsa

S: chips, diet pop and then a little later shared some popcorn with hubby

D: steak and ceaser salad

S: protein shake

I eat carbs then I am so hungry all day, tried heavy cream and splenda in my coffee this morning and it was good. Definitely low carbing tomorrow. It is way harder than one my think LOL.

VItes: all in except bedtime

Exercites: none really today, washed floors yesterday and sweeped.

Glad I get to start over tomorrow, since I have been tracking carbs, I realized my eating sucks.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I'll help any way I can. Strict low carb can be hard, so prepare, prep and practice. It will get easier.

Hi all. I'll be a little more infrequent on vites. I think I've hit the right formula for month 2 (target of 80 - 90 grams of protein). I'll post more as I start to add more variety and/or run into more problems. I'll still be an avid reader to get new ideas since menu's are still a concern,.

B - Protein shake (24)
S - Greek yogurt (13)
L - cottage cheese (17)
S - Turkey soup (1?)
D - Chicken with spoon of regular mashed and sweet potatoes (28)
S - 1 slice of provolone cheese (6)
** Still working on the side dishes from Boston Market last week. It used to be they would be gone in 10 minutes.

Liquids - 70, Protein - 89

Just a note to the newbies that may not be as "regular" as they would like. Since I started working harder on my liquids and added the yogurt with active cultures I have gone from once every three or 4 days to once very other day. Some of that could be healing but I think diet has been the answer. YMMV

yes

We'll be here.  : )  While you're out and about at restaurants, try mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. I'm a convert. lol

My fitness pal makes keeping track of everything so easy. I am enjoying it. All you have to do is ignore what they recommend and just track your diet. It will track everything for you and give you all the carbs/protein/sugar for just about anything. Love it.

B-protein shake

L-half piece of Ezekial bread with ham, cheese, pickle and mayo

S-protein shake

D- 4 baby back ribs

D2- 2 baby back ribs and some salad with ranch dressing

S- protein shake

Calories- 1773

Carbs- 52

Fat- 104

Protein- 140

Sugar - 36

I have had at least 48 ounces of water but I lost track past that.

All vits and calcium in.

I WAS SO CRAVING RIBS AND THEY WERE SO DAMN GOOD!
