dense proteins are killing me!!!

I do more protein enhanced yogurt or shakes.  Maybe 1 piece of fish a day now.  My protein is better than ever at 7.7.  At about 5 months out, everything changed for me.  I couldn't eat as much of anything.  Especially dense protein.  I added more shakes & proteinized yogurt and coffee.  I get my protein now! 

Chicken is terrible for me.  I keep retrying it. It doesn't work nor does lunch meat.

I can eat fish but better if it's shrimp or white fish now.
