Hi Gail,

I am doing fine, you?  Think about you when I fly over Oklahoma to Kansas.  Hope you and your family weren't affected by the tornado.  Very sad.  I am not anywhere close to my goal weight like you are.  You are doing fantastic.  I find I fluctuate 10  to 15 lbs on any given week, but then I am not strict on my carbs.  I need to get with it and get the last 30 lbs off I want off.  I hope all is well with you and your family.  Kepp in touch.

I've had a few pounds creep on. ...the carbs. LOL. I had my hernia repaired with a tummy tuck and a breast lift....at MY age.

All things considered, I'm satisfied. In the back of my mind is always that fear of gaining it all back.

The tornado was close but we're all ok. Granddaughter was in lock down in one of the Moore high schools...very nerve wracking. The devastated area is where I do my shopping and where we go to the movie.

Dr. K did my revision 2 1/2 years ago. He's amazing!! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Not a revision, just giving my $0.02 about Dr. K.  He truly is amazing, very straight-forward and honest.  No sugarcoating anything.  I love that.  Good luck!

I fought for nearly 3 years to get insurance to approve my RNY to DS revision.  I was revised 12/29/11.  The story is in my profile as well.
