I was in an all day meeting too!!  My choices were pretty OK considering (having protein shakes, a protein bar and cheese with me made it easier though).  I periodically snuck my vites every couple of hours - I've got pretty good at swallowing a whole handful in one go thankfully.

I think I'm up to about 5 or 6 medium size capsules. For a long time it was one at a time. Pills are the worst--3 at a time now is about the best I can do. You know what a pain it is to mix pills and capsules in one gulp? They need to all go down with the same amount of buoyancy. lol

That's what I need to learn: how to swallow 20 pills in one gulp and keep on running.

B: Greek yo, 1 scoop protein, strawberries (the last ones!), evaporated milk (it was handy).

B2: Coffee with 1/2N1/2.  Low carb, gluten free pumpkin bran like muffin with tons of butter.  "I baked them," she radiantly declared.

L:  sausage, chicken, veggie soup with another...  you guessed it.  Low carb, gluten free pumpkin bran like muffin with tons of butter. 6.5 carbs, 5 fiber.  I am getting very little gas from these things, which is unusual.  I normally blow like a 'Nor Western off the Cape' if I eat bread carbs.

D:  pot pie of some sort with heavy cream, lots of meat, seasonings - and a crust on the top only. Freezes well (including crust) in individual ramekins.

S: 2 scoop protein shake

Vits: vow to do better today

Exerc:  see what unfolds

It's windy and cold.  I don't think it got past 70 all week!  I started a fire in the wood stove today, so I will be hauling wood.  What happened to summer?  My tomato plants are shivery.  (Don't you hate it when Californians whine about how cold a little breeze is?)

I barely scrape two digits of tablets in one go, but then I don't have more than that per batch.

Over here they've been forecasting good weather 'next week' for several weeks now. It's like a carrot we keep chasing.

OK, I'll bite.

What is 'puff tofu', and how to do you stuff tofu with chicken salad?

Tofu pocket or puffed tofu. I buy them at a Japanese market and use it instead of bread... love it! It's also called Abura-age:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aburaage

Here is the brand I usually find: http://www.house-foods.com/product/OAGESAN+2+PC.+%28Tofu+Pouches%29+1.1+oz./

I make a slit at the top and then carefully pull them apart to form a pocket. Then I stuff them with chicken, crab or tuna salad. One thing I've never tried is melting cheese in them but I think I may and see if I can find a low carb replacement for Quesadilla...

Lemme know if you give them a try!
