Cme that does DS

My ins Anthem will pay for ds if done at a center for medical excellence. anyone know of a cme in ca that will do ds?

Two of the top surgeons in the world operate out of hospitals with that (stupid) designation. Dr Rabkin in San Francisco and Dr. Keshisian (sp) out of Delano and Ventura (I think). Look on DS Facts dot com for their names, addresses and numbers.

There may be 1 or 2 more. I am not sure about Dr. Crookes and the other Dr is a Kaiser doc.

Kaiser has a doctor that does a DS?  News to me!  Where is this Kaiser doctor?

The Kaiser surgeon who occasionally does the DS is Dr. Belzberg in SoCal. And they don't exactly advertise, people have to

1) know about the DS for themselves, and

2) request to be sent to Dr. Belzberg for the DS

Unfortunately, since most people don't research all the options and just accept whatever their insurer "offers", they get other operations instead.

Dr. Keshishian works a lot out of Glendale, ca as well. He is my surgeon and he is great. You will be in competent hands.
