I send my prayers out to those affected by the tornado also.  I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through.  On to more mundane things, like food:

Protein - 132, carbs 50

B - Large sugar free soy latte (11g) (28c - seriously, is it really 28 carbs for this - WTH?????)

B#2 - Meat and cheeeeeeese - (23g) (3c)

S - Protein coffee (24g) (3c)

L - Insides of 2 Junior Arby's roast beast sammiches (oh, how I long for a real sammich) - (16g) (2c)

S - Sunflower seeds in da shell cuz that's how I roll - (7g) (7c)

D - Cheese omelet in piles of buttah (27g) (4c)

S - Protein shake - (24g) (3c)

Vites - AM In, PM Pending

Exercites - We did intervals in our water aerobics class yesterday, so I'm pretending that I'm still burning calories from it today to replace those glucogens :)

It was just a sugar free cinnamon dolce latte made with soy milk from Starbucks (granted it was a big big big one) - but still.  It's gotta be wrong!!!   I even double checked it on their website.  I hear about everyone drinking these - and I figured soy would be a good option rather than skim.  The SF syrup doesn't seem to have any carbs, so it's gotta be the soy milk.  Maybe it's the size and I ought to go smaller :)  But that's the story of my life, LOL

I gotta ask - what is this tofu pocket of which you speak, and where can I find some?

Tofu pocket or puffed tofu. I buy it at a Japanese market and use it instead of bread... love it! It's also called Abura-age:

One thing I've never tried is melting cheese in them but I think I may and see if I can find a low carb replacement for Quesadilla...
