Do not worry about what the scale says while in the losing phase of the DS

A bit of humor.

I had a stress test this week, as well as my surgeon, my CRS surgeon, Primary & Cardiologist office.  At each office, I was a different weight.  One being by 7lbs different.

It's something to laugh about not stress about.  My body tells the story.

The sweet Tech at my surgeon's office... She was amazed since the last time she saw me.  She gave me a shot and she said, you don't have any fat, this may really hurt.  It was fine.

Enjoy the weightloss!

It is a serious addiction for me to weigh daily. I was two pounds heavier this week. I freaked out till I realized that I ate queso. The sodium I have had in the last to days is horrible. No wonder I am swelled up. BUT IT IS SO DAMN GOOD. lol.

Love your story, skinny butt =)

I would have rather had a totally flat stomach than a totally flat buttisimo... LOL!  Hopefully in time... Then for sure after plastics....

I am determined to weigh only once a month, and then only "for statistical purposes."  I was disappointed that I had only lost a few pounds in a month, but then I put on my brand-new-at-Easter dress and it was WAY too large.  Had to take it to get altered today, and she took it in FOUR INCHES at the waist!

Yeah, I gave up my scale addiction. I weigh every now and again. Not even monthly and each time I'm down. In fact I weighed in last of a medical appointment last week and again this week and I am down again. So happily making progress.
