A fairly good day food wise (ie I was good) and I hope to not get gas tonight!!

B: tofu fake mac and cheese with spinach.  It freezes really well and is very tasty.

B2: 1/2 serving of low carb eggplant lasagna.  That does not freeze very well, so I drain the extra water off.

L: Greek yogurt with 1 scoop unflavored protein, plus SF preserves.

D: Sushi with a group of ladies.  I love sushi and have missed it.

S1 & S2: protein shakes 90 grms

Vits:  doing well

Exerc:  It's raining!  And no forecast showed that.  So I spent the morning running around in my dressing gown, bed head hair, trying to get the tools under cover, cover the firewood up, cover the dresser I'm painting outside, on and on.  Hate that.  :-

10 slices turkey bacon

tuna salad w/hard boiled egg

few fritoes

mini carrots

3 mini mary janes

2 fried eggs

1 slice rye toast

6 slices center cut thick sliced bacon - oh yeah

double protein coffee

1/2 cup rice chex w/ lf milk

vites:  all in

fluids:  90+ oz

I'll be trying to stay very straight and narrow today too. I don't know what I got into but had a really rough night. 

Good job on your Bites. You just don't see Mary Jane's any more--I really like those because they aren't sweet.
