6 protein shakes = 156g
1 small bag of potato chips = 3g (yeah, bad)
Having a couple of "food sucks" days...
I'm starting to notice a trend that whenever I eat something with alot of fat, I end up feeling nauseous or throwing up. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it normal or something I need to bug Dr. K about? I'm 10 months out and this seems to be a relatively recent development though I can't pin down if it started happening before or after the hernia surgery...
You're handling the "food sucks" days pretty well. Keep those protein shakes going.

B- Fuzzy Navel protein drink with 8 oz of milk, 3 slices of bacon, 1 tbs ranch dressing
L- deli slice of chicken breast, slice of dill pickle, slice of american cheese, 2 tbs blue cheese dressing, Cappuccino protein drink with 5 ounces of milk
D- Slice of ham, one wedge of laughing cow G&H cheese, 1 slice of pickle, ranch dressing
S- Twisted Cherry Protein drink, 1tbs of Natural organic peanut butter, One keebler club whole wheat crackers
64 ounces plus of fluids
112 protein
52 fat
38 carbs- all from milk cheese and peanutbutter.
25 sugars
1170 calories. I think I over did it all today.
all my vits and calcium in today.
Is this way to much for me? This is 4 weeks out. This is the first time I have eaten four times in day. Yesterday I only ate once with three protein shakes.
