I am home now. Im feeling pretty good, but I have no appetite. On the way home from the hospital I bought an horchata (drink) it made me deathly sick. It was awful I didn't vomit but was so sick. Now I'm afraid of putting anything in my mouth cause I don't want to feel so sick again. I can have full liquids. Any suggestions?

Water would be a good start. I found flavored waters were good for me.

Sugar Free Jello, Broth, gatorade,

The horchata I would think would be awful sweet.

And Congrats on the surgery. Good Luck

I think that drink contains rice...no wonder it made you sick. Rice is a big no no for you right out of surgery.

water water water

crystal light

broth

When I was on full liquids I drank, protein shakes, crystal light, V8, thinned down pudding. Anything you can pour. So be creative.

Kefir is a great thing to drink.  Think of a yogurt smoothie.  It's got protein and probiocs to do your body good.
