You're posting at 5am?  You decide to sleep in?

B:  Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries.  1 scoop unflavored ISO 93 (30 gms),

L:  Hunk of Critter pot pie (Critter would benefit from a little pie crust).  I swear this thing doubles in the frig every night.  We could end world hunger if we just put a Critter in the crock pot today....

D: Mango Jamaican grilled chicken - I just made this name up.  Chicken is marinating in mango juice, fish sauce, spices I need to use up, and garlic.  Hope it works out.

I'm cutting my protein shakes down to 75gms per day.  I'm eating enough protein to make up the difference.  I think I'm eating too much protein and my body is using the extra to make sugar.  Experimenting.  Dr. Frankenstein will see you now....

Vites: doing well.

Exer:  Hard labor.  While the dog sleeps all day...  I'm coming back as my dog next time.

Nice Bites! : )  0400 hours this morning too. I Facebooked before coming on here.

Keep your eye on your labs for protein. You want your protein serum up near 7, your albumin in the 4s and your prealbumin at the top of the range.

Hi everybody!

B - protein shake and 3 jumbo fried eggs - 70g (seems too high?)

S - crumbled ground beef with some gravy mixed in - 24g

L - Double bacon burger, no bun - 45g

S - TBD

D - pork chops - 42g

Total - 181g + "TBD"

I'm ovulating (sorry gentlemen) so I feel like I'm eating a full cow today.  I'm constantly hungry, it seems, during this time.  But I figure, as long as I'm doing protein and skipping carbs, I should be ok?

I think you might want to buy another NY cheese cake and forget about the licorice. How are you doing this evening?

Weirdly trouble**** me in the evening and I was gassy at night.  You're right - I gotta give up the licorice.  I've never had such a reaction over such a smallish quantity.  Hopefully I learnt something, but I don't guarantee it... still hoping for advances in brain surgery!! mail

holiday was good, my plan is to get me eating under control so I can have control over my bowel issues, because I am looking for work in an office environment and I don't want to have to be going all day there. So I want to train my body.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
