Hi everyone,

L: 1 small piece of low carb pizza
S: Homemade banana ice cream - low cal, but carbs so high it should be served at Ferrells with sparklers!
D: salad of some sort
I ate 1200 calories by lunch time. I'm really hungry today. I'd eat my arm if I had steak sauce.
Vites: on track
Exerc: having a hag day. I need some beauty treatments, and some of them require physical endurance. It's not easy transforming all this into a goddess.

so busy at work, i almost didn't get time for my yogurt or afternoon protein coffee. almost.......

8 slices turkey bacon
hard boiled egg
sunflower seeds

1/2 bologna/cheese/mustard sandwich on rye
mini carrots
popcorn chips
1/2 brownie
more sunflower seeds
pineapple greek yogurt
iced protein coffee
2 homemade tacos w/spicy ground beef, lettuce, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, black olives
iced protein coffee
2 caramels
vites: missed 2 calciums ..grrrrr
fluids: 90+ oz

Why is it when we get busy at work we need to eat? I think it's stress in a way. Stress must trump busy.

Well, cringed when I got on the scale this morning......the same. WOW! Still would like to lose some more.
B: bacon, protein shake
L: 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato
S: salami and cheese
D: left over meatballs, wine
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work plus cleaned up a spare bedroom when I got home
Yeah!! Isn't it great to be able to vacation and live to tell the scale to go take a hike?
