Good job. Protein count is getting there. Aim for 150 as soon as you're able to handle it. You don't have to do it all with dense food and 150 is a goal-- not meaning to add pressure.

Yep. Now, that being said, the further out you get the better you may be able to absorb protein but let your protein serum and albumin labs be your guide. At 4 years out my labs would dip a little if I backed off of getting 120 grams of protein from protein shakes. That part will be very individual.
