Busy busy day today - I didn't have time for a 'meal' so luckily I had some protein powder with me.  Not much actual food but I've not missed it too much (I was hungry waiting for the chicken casserole to finish cooking).

B: Greek yogurt, SF peach preserves, 30gms protein powder

B2: bacon 3 pcs

B3: cashews, 1/2 cup

B4: Santa Fe Hunk of Critter (bovine left overs, Tex Mex style)

L: London Broil with mayo/onion/garlic crusted top

D: Hunk of Critter tacos.  OMG, Hunk of Critter could have fed New York!  Looking for new ways to morph Hunk into different meals.  All ideas welcomed.

Snacks: protein drinks (100 grms)

Vits: yes.  Extra calcium today

Exer: Putzing.  Putzing counts as a short hike, for those wondering how it fits into an exercise program.

hubs and i got in the yard at 10am, left yard at 2 for quick trip to home depot and pick up something to eat.  returned to yard until 7pm. 

this exceptional day was only possible because of my ds.  never in a million years would i have been able to bend, twist, squat, and be on my feet that many hours at 350 lbs.
