Hi I am mostly a lurker more of a stocker lately  I had Vsg surgery 3/21/2013 then had hysterectomy 4/26/13. just now starting to get all liquids in then seems to full to eat, try to eat protein but have to do a shake in morning and night, well 10oz of milk with scoop of protein powder to make 30 grams twice. I read how everyone has energy to do stuff. Ican just make it to app. so tired and no energy does this pass. i want to be happy but hard thanks for responding this is a great forum

Your body has gone through 2 major traumas in just a few weeks.  I would imagine it's pretty worn out.

I'm having the same problem after hernia surgery, just exhausted all the time...Dr K said more water, more protein, and REST REST REST will help.

It does pass, but you have to take care of yourself and let yourself heal. Definitely make sure you get all your fluids.  Dehydration blows...

Take care!

I'm guessing that you're dehydrated.  64oz of fluids is your daily goal .. minimum
