Why not change your time zone to Eastern Standard Time on your profile?

Your post states you logged on and commented at 1:40am.  But it was 4:40am your time, not 1:40. 

After I figured it out that all your posts are really 3 hours later, I dismissed the thought that you might be a vampire who slept during the day

I don't think I've ever seen a place on our profiles to change our time zone.

what a nice surprise.  drove out to see my dad, and who walks in but my brother from southern maryland, my niece and her family from ohio.  such a beautiful day.

Looking to the future I was wondering if anyone eats dried edamame? I don't care for nuts and used
to have these as an alternative.

The edamame is a great idea, I think. 

Check that SF Carnation for artificial sweeteners that end in the letters 'itol". Those might be the culprit. I do well with Splenda and Truvia but not much else as far as artificial sweeteners go.

I'll check for the "itol". I hadn't thought of that. Instead I have been blaming it on the milk.
