It is so easy to miss on the liquid totals.... Frustrating - I use to drink water by the gallon. Now I usually need to add lemon or crystal light to make it palatable. Oh well - better the next day.

D - 2 eggs sunny side up 0 14

Still about the only way I drink water is with a healthy squeeze of fresh lime and Splenda or Truvia sweetener.
Eggs are tricky. I couldn't eat scrambled but do ok with soft over easy, poached and deviled eggs. Deviled eggs are easiest.
