It is so easy to miss on the liquid totals.... Frustrating - I use to drink water by the gallon. Now I usually need to add lemon or crystal light to make it palatable. Oh well - better the next day.

Still about the only way I drink water is with a healthy squeeze of fresh lime and Splenda or Truvia sweetener. 

Eggs are tricky. I couldn't eat scrambled but do ok with soft over easy, poached and deviled eggs. Deviled eggs are easiest.

Hang in there.

Thanks. I'll have to try the lime and the sweetener.

As for the eggs, I see some experimentation is in order although the deviled eggs sound great.
