You are right.  There is no way to change the time.  Everything is on Pacific Standard Time because that is where OH is, and they don't have this capability in their software to change your own time zone.  I could of sworn I saw this on the profile questions, but it must have been the other DS forum.

At least now I know that you are not up at 1:30am posting on this forum.  I thought maybe you worked grave shift or something.

Yes we had Mother's day March 10th... why we have different dates I don't know.

Anyways, I'm feeling very 'hara hachi bu' today (Japanase for eat 'til you're 80% full).  I think all these shakes are turning out to be a bit of a pouch test for my sleeve - hopefully I'll manage to shift some lbs.

BTW I tried doing only one scoop per shake (I made it a really heaped one for 30g protein) and it worked!!  Barely any gas - THANK YOU!!   I'm stunned it was such an easy fix!!  kiss  Good thing about the shakes is they helped get my fluid number up to 96+ oz which is a healthier feeling number.

B1 Protein shake 30
B2 Protein shake 30
S Strawberries & heavy cream
S Protein shake 20
L Lamb casserole 20
S Protein bar 20
S Cheesecake (well nobody's perfect!! ;-)) 5
S Protein bar 10
D Chili con carne w cheese 20

Protein: 155
F 96+
V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) bedtime strontium & midnight iron pending

Excellent!!  I'm glad that fixed things for you.  Good luck getting the pounds to move off. I'll try again next week with you.
