Didn't snack too much today.  Those protein bars definitely take the edge off and I'm gonna PLAN to eat every 2 hours.  The bars have 31g protein and 25g carbs.  I have some on order that have 50g protein and 25g carbs - those should arrive later this week (the idea is to have half in the morning and the other half in the PM... we'll see how that works out).

I'm hoping this will be a fresh start along with doing Shaun T after work (today was a public holiday).  I'm gonna get the scale moving in the right direction one way or another!!!

Protein shake with wire ball is also enroute (the wire ball is thanks to you mentioning it in your protein coffee recipe and the consensus on Amazon is that the ball indeed helps - yet again, I owe ya ).

B 2 eggs, loads cheese & some beans 30
S Protein bar 31
L restaurant chicken cesar salad (yum yum!!) 30
S Protein bar 31
S Cheesecake (doh - sin of the day again - I gotta make a low carb version!!) 5
D Moussaka (yeah low protein - nutrition was wrong on the site I ordered from) 23
S PB cookie 10

Protein: 160
F 80+
V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) nightime strontium & iron pending (separately of course)

Just look out for the "itols" in the bars. Might not be too pleasant at work.

I'm glad you're getting your very own blender bottle w/wire ball. I took to them when we revamped our kitchen. My electric blender went kaput.

lol  Nice Bites. Not bad for a day off.

Tri tip is a delicious cut of beef that my hubs does a dry rub and grills. I eat the leftovers all week as its a dense cut - yummo!

Tomorrow I only have three meetings- I actually will be in my office for half the day... Thrilling!
