Good Morning,
B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
B2: cream cheese pancakes and 2 breakfast sausages
L: 1/2 salad from Wendy's restaurant ( did a chicken taco salad at Tacotime)
S: muffin and some puff wheat cake at my mom's while playing cards:
D: hamburger with fried mushrooms and onions
VItes; breakfast and lunch are in
Exercites: nothing in the works for today, but did dig out my bike yesterday.
Going to try to make it a good eating day. If any cheats happen I"ll post them here later today

B - coffee; scrambled eggs over sauteed bacon, spinach and mushroom covered in hollandaise sauce and a few bites of potatoes
L- might skip or might have a nibble of cheese
D - Vietnamese salad with BBQ pork and imperial roll - hold the pho!
S - popcorn and cheese

Cites: shopped the mall at a slow pace - I'm all kinds of sizes these days! 14-18 depending on where I go. Did buy a cute bathing suit top and three shirts that actually fit!
