any post op drinking/eating guides out there?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows a good link to a guide of how to stage the eating right after surgery. Right now I am on clear fluids, and sick of it. I am 4 days out. My surgeon did give me a guide but I must have deleted it, it is not downloaded anywhere that I can find. THANKS, -Michelle in Ontario
