As long as that mammal wasn't rodent I guess you're fine.  The elderberry tea does sound good though.

Tried my first protein shake and loved it... it's too early to tell if it'll cause me any issues.  I had the shake with full cream milk (I was gonna do cream and water but the cream had gone off... one day passed it's use by date - the work fridge isn't great though).

I have to say that the shake really didn't fill me - I guess that's why I should've used heavy cream.  I've read about protein shakes on DSfacts and have become somewhat more enlightened (I had previously skipped that section as I never thought I'd be having shakes, but at 9+ months out I need change things up).

S Protein shake 30

Protein: 211
F 80+
V Yep (inc 5 calcium batches + a strontium batch) bedtime iron pending

I'm so glad you liked the shake. They are a great way to give yourself a little protein insurance.

Looks good, great choices, but you have to get that protein count up. If your albumin and protein sink your vitamins won't absorb properly. Protein malnutrition isn't pretty or fun.  : (
