I am not questioning you but is that all you eat all day long n 24 hrs?  I need to chew something and find myself eating cucumbers with laughing cow cheese for meals - I rally eat small snacks every 2-3 hours.  Have found digestions is less traumatic with the smaller meals.  I got of protein shakes ASAP would  it be better to go back on them and eat less solid foods?  Is that better for the DS?  Thanks, I find this all very confusiong still working on the vits, taking  Calcium with A,D and K and Mg.  4 a day, 2 multi vits am and pm , and B12 sublingual once a day.  Cannot find Iron that does not upset my digestion. Going to start IM B12 once a month.  When I take all these vits and my pills I have no room for anything else for hours.

Today? No, I've had the munchies all day. That was the plan at about 5AM this morning. lol 

You do what feels and works best for you. If you can keep your protein and albumin numbers up on solid food go for it. If you want a little extra protein insurance, add a shake or 2.

When you're looking for an iron that won't bother you, look for heme iron. Many of us use Proferrin ES. You can order it online from Vitalady or from the Proferrin website. You just split them into 2 pieces and take them that way. They are more expensive but I don't think I know any DSrs that don't have to supplement iron or get iron infusions. I've seen people take anywhere from 1 to 4 day.

Terrible eating day. If I am malabsorbing at all,which I am not even sure i am,i definitely malabsorbed everything I ate today. Have a sinus infection that is not getting much better after nearly a week on penicillin 500 mg twice a day. Sleevie closes down when I am sick...

Yay,notifications are fixed! Thanks,feel little better,but got a really late start eating today...like 100 am first meal...gunna b way behind lol,but it is what it is when one is sick...
