You are inspiration for me! I'm one month out, have lost 34 since surgery day, and 74 since I started this journey! I don't know if I'll lose that much 6 months out. All I know is you look great - you must be feeling better in a lot of ways too - less aches and pains, sleep apnea, etc. Keep up the great work!

Sounds like you're off to a super great start!!! I am much better. No more high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and back/knee problems. It's a great feeling! Thanks for the encouragement!
