Some 6-Month Lab Results
I am having the full reports (all the reports from prior to surgery to present) mailed to me, but I got some preliminary info back. They said nothing was deficient, but I'll know more as soon as I get and can compare reports.
Protein 4.1 (3.5 - 5.0)
Hemoglobin 14
Blood sugar 88 (previously I was at 104)
Cholesterol 147
HDL 42
LDL 105
Thyroid 2.4 (finally, for once it is in a normal level)
B12 762 (down from 1054)
D 32.2 (this is a HUGE accomplishment as I've been severely low)
They also said my liver function and kidney function test results were well within normal ranges.
I'll know more in a few days and perhaps can get some heads up as to if anything looks off kilter to you guys, who know way more about it all than most doctors!
You want your B12 higher than the average bear. Try to get it back up and over 1000. If you have albumin, that goes with your protein serum. You want your albumin in the 4s and your protein serum close to 7.
Keep working that D3, you're doing great. You want that up close to 100.
