B:  tofu fake mac and cheese.  This stuff is pretty good.

L: 1/2 chicken leg and thigh, asparagus in tomato sauce

S: double scoop protein with tea (60g)

D: what ever is in the frig

S: single scoop protein shake

Vites: morning done

evening lined up

iron lined up

Exercites:  I need to start tearing the decks off and rebuilding them.  Loads of fun.

Good Evening,

BItes

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

S: banana

L: 2 eggs and bacon with a bit of fried potato

D: meatloaf, perogies, and beans and scoop of cauliflower ( full, full, full )

S: not sure I will

VItes: all in except bedtime

Excercite: none, going to try to make the gym at the milatary base, they have great equipment and membership is cheap

Worried about work tomorrow and washroom issues, but hopefully I;ll get up early enough at home to fix the issue

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I hope you're able to get up early enough. Sounds like you have a full morning schedule planned. I used to use the stair steppers at Fort Lee. Those were nice and stood right in front of the TVs.   : )

Yeah, grapes are full of natural sugar and they are gone!  DH bought them because the grandbabies came over for Saturday afternoon. They did scratch the itch for fruit today. 

Did you see the post below asking about a surgeon at Temple? I've never heard of him. Have you?

never heard of him.  seems abington hospital's bariatric center has all the other hospitals taking notice.  there are giant billboards in and around philly advertising bariatric surgery at the other major health centers. temple, of course, being one of them.

Have any of you had Gatorade G2?

I'm thinking about experimenting with some unflavored protein powder and G2 (kind of an Isopure of sorts). But if it doesn't settle well for DSers I won't even bother.
