Pictures

I am almost 3 years out and had a WOW moment last week.  I went from 310 lbs. to 145 lbs.  I went on a retreat last weekend and was put with a group of AMAZING women!  Our table leader is very short and extremely overweight.  (I so wanted to share my DS journey with her, but this wasn't the time or place.)  Anyways,  we received 5x7 pictures of our group at the close of the retreat.  My eyes immediately went straight to the table leader,  when I was looking for me.   

I still haven't gotten the picture of an obese me out of my mind-frame.

That must be wild.  I too, even this soon out from my DS, am noticing other overweight people more and feeling the need to "preach"!  Lol, although I restrain myself.

I think retraining our minds is probably the hardest part.  Foodwise, clotheswise, etc.  Even picture-wise, it seems!
