Good Morning

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 sausages and a bit of fried potatoes

S: Protein shake with strawberries

L: to full from breakfast

D: still pending

Heading out of town today to see my grandchildren, so will probably eat at a restaurant when we get back to town.

Vites: breakfast in

Excercites: playing with grandkids

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I had my first protein bar today - it wasn't bad.  I may buy some more while they're on special.  I have one more in the cupboard and maybe I can get to the store next week sometime.  I'm just looking for a little variety and the protein bar prevented me snacking on worse junk.

No exercites today - our heating broke so the house was cold and we didn't have much ho****er.  Thankfully we managed to get an engineer same day and he's fixed it already so I'm pleasantly surprised.

I like the JayRobb protein bars. They aren't sweetened with the "itols" sugar alcohols. There are only a couple of the Atkins bars that are safe. How are you doing with it so far?

I've survived the protein bar. It has a long ingredient list which is normally not a good thing. It's a nice handbag standby and IMO prevented me eating worse junk.
