Yay - I managed to buy some more protein icecream - it thaws really slowly though! :-S Oh well, maybe I'll have some on the weekend.
I have to figure out how to get the battery into my new pedometer (suspect I need a screwdriver so will ask DH when he gets home).

Good luck with your pedometer and protein ice cream. Eye glass repair screw drivers are too small and a regular household screwdriver is too big. I think the ones you find in a computer geek's kit are about right.

what a beautiful day. i got to work at one of our locations only 10 minutes from home. the property is located on the waterfront so the view was fantastic. took a 35 minute walk around the shoreline. no beach/sand though or my shoes would have been off!

Good Late Morning, Sat already
Friday B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
S: nothing
L: chef salad, small one
S: protein bar
D: 1 1/2 small pork chops, mac and cheese and a scoop of brown beans
S: sweet potato fries at Burger King
My stomach was so full, I have been overeating at supper, I get that way when I have a light lunch. Glad Sat is another day
Ok day at work, no bathroom issues, so all is well
