Good Morning,

I haven't posted in a while but have been tracking on My Fitness Pal.

AM   Protein Coffee and shake     98g
Noon  hotrods                            14g
PM  Brok's Pizza              22g
Snack           Bakenets       14g

Daily Total   Protein  148g  Fat 99g  Carb 12g

I have been following this program since January.  I have added my vits and am getting at leaast 64oz water daily if not more.  I will admit that excites have been limited so far but I am on my feet all day at work.  My stress level is extreme to say the least.  Adding to my stress level is only a 7 lb weight loss in almost 4 months.  Something is not right here.  I'm still waiting to see an endocrynologist.  I am obviously still doing something wrong here but I don't know what...any suggestions?

Your Bites are perfect. I'm sorry the stress is so bad.  : (   Sounds like your job gives you plenty of Exercites.  Keep me posted on what the endo says. Good luck!
