Stomach pain when eating and drinking?

Hi all!

I am two weeks out from my DS.  About half the time when I eat or drink, I get achy pains in my stomach after I swallow.  Sometimes it leads to mild nausea.  Is this because my bites are too big?  Or I'm getting full and don't quite understand it yet?  I *have* been struggling a bit with the right portion size and "sipping" my liquids.

Are you on an acid reducer?  Do you have any history of ulcers?

I do know one trick with water if the pain isn't too bad and doesn't happen all the time. Add a squirt of fresh lime juice to your water and sweeten with Truvia or Splenda. Sometime the little squirt of citric acid eases the balance between your water and stomach acid.
