not getting notifications either...
Another not able to eat day,BUT,i think I have isolated those days to ones after days I have eaten carbs. I just feel icky all over and nothing wants to go down. Almost like a dump without the dump I guess. This is actually good info to have and maybe will help me avoid the carbs better. I really don't like this feeling.

I know! that's one reason I have got to stay away from carbs so I won't have anymore can't eat days. i was doing pretty well for a few days getting 1200+ cals a day and 120-160 gms of protein. To do that i have to eat every hour on the hour by a timer and i just can't afford any can't eat days.
that will be good reinforcement and I hate feeling icky,also reinforcrment.
