Well Heck! Looks like only 15 days off!

Well, I thought I was going to get 20 days off but looks like I did not have enough PTO. So I am going back to work after 15 days. I can do light duty but I will still have to do walking and driving, just no lifting. Prolly bending over my patients though at times. I can sit down in their rooms though. I cannot afford to take a week without pay. =/

I think I can do it. I can see about 4 to 5 patients in about 2-3 hours then go home. My mother said she would drive me around for the first few days if I need it. A woman has to do what a woman has to do. 

Tomorrow is pre-op, nutritional class and registration. Wednesday is surgery. So anxious. Wish me luck! I cannot wait to see you guys and gals on the other side. 

You should be able to do it; but be prepared to be exhausted those first few weeks back.

You gotta do what you gotta do!

Congrats!! I started my liquid diet today. Surgery next Tuesday!

I'll  be thinking of you and wishing you the very best. Just remember that each day gets better. Sounds like you  have a good support system with your mom there. Be prepared to get lots of rest once your home!

I am standing in the gap and sending prayers your way!  My revision surgery is May 14th and I am a ball of nerves already! So I know you must be having a lot of feelings and emotions right now. I'm excited for you! Hang in there!

Maybe your mom can text me after your surgery to let me know you are ok???? I am so happy for you Lizzi.....your life is going to change all for the better;)

So excited for you!  Can't wait to hear about your recovery and see your success!  Hoping to have a date for mine really soon.
