I know the importance of protein but it has been my nemesis since day 1. I have yet to find a protein shake that I like. I try to eat as much protein as I can but only being two months out even that is a challenge. I am asking for help with alternative protein supplements so that I can try to increase my protein intake. HELP PLEASE.

The 2 that have the least proteiny taste to me are Syntrax Nectar chocolate truffle and strawberry mousse. I mix them with 1/2 and 1/2 or heavy cream and water.

I mix Isopure chocolate in 4 oz of almond milk and in 4 gulps it's down! I really do like it, but sometimes I just need to get it down & get running!

The RTD ones I like are Premiere Protein from Costco.  Chocolate is  my favorite....on cold mornings I heat it up and drink it like hot chocolate.  :)

The only powder one I can tolerate is ON Performance Whey, also from Costco.  I mix it with milk and it's pretty tasty.  Costco had samples one day or I never would have tried it.  There are some nasty powders out there.

Chike makes a few I like.  Their strawberry is good, I like the orange cream one, tastes like a creamsicle.  The chocolate and vanilla are OK, not as bad as most, but still take like protein.  Their coffee is great!  you can get a sample pack of their 6 flavors on their website chikenutrition.com for $10 plus shipping and see if you like them.  They have a banana that I hear is good, but I hate artificial banana so I don't like it.
