Good Evening,
B1: protein shake with 2 strawberries
B2 protein bar - tried a new one, not so great
L: left over low carb pizza - it is know all gone
S: chips and diet Pepsi
D: spag. squash with pork and cheese with an egg and a spoon of sour cream
S: protein shake
Vites: everything except bedtime
Excerites not enough energy, not sleeping at night very well - only fri and sat and that has been it. I am going away wed til sun so I will make a commitment for when I get home. I am going to a eating disorder clinic for a follow up, it kind of like a retreat. And I have a job interview tomorrow, please pray it goes well, it is my third one in the last two weeks of being unemployed. The first two didn't work out.

Had a "can't eat' day today. tried to eat my6 regular fare this am and just couldn't. By this after noon I was feeling light headed and kind of sick to my sleeve. couldn't even drink my protein water thyough I was able to drink plenty of regular water.
B 1 egg scrambled
L grass fed beef 1 oz S popcorn 1 cup
S nectar natural peach 1 scoop in 16 oz h2o
Dinner 1 can cream of chicken soup with one can half and half
Cals 822

Carbs T 35.2 Net 34.1

Fluids 56 oz
Vits got first 2 bztchges and had to skip third batch but did get bedtime batch in.
Hope tomorrow is a better day.
You did the right thing by staying hydrated. I hope today goes better.

L- puffed tofu stuffed with crab salad and side salad with mixed veggies
S - chocolate cake
D - artichoke w/aioli; cream cheese sausage and spinach soup
S - cheese and gluten free matzo
S - almond butter with SF fudge sauce and slivered almonds

Big tummy day! Oy...
