Chef salad and beef and chili hotdogs - your lunch and dinner sound yum.

Ugh a little too much fat yesterday so dialing it back a teensy bit.  Did pretty well today with only 2 SF toffees - that's not enough to cause any gas explosions!! kiss  I hope I stay will behaved and that I'm not slipping already, else I'll have to go back for the brain surgery I needed in the first place he, he!! mail

B- protein coffee

S- cashews

L- Southwestern Chicken Salad from Chick Fil A, with an added grilled chicken patty.  Used the sunflower seeds and ranch and tossed the tortilla strips.

S- 4 thick slices of cheese with about 15 pieces of dry salami

S- 2 Oreos

D- 2 eggs scrambled with 1/4c cheese, 1 biscuit covered in sausage gravy w/extra sausage

S- protein milkshake- protein powder, H&H, ice, splash of water

 

Vites- all in except bedtime

Fluids- all in

Exercise- an hour of cardio circuit- rowing, bike, elliptical & treadmill.  Went over 8 miles today, not shabby for coming off a week of being sick :)  Also hand weights for arms.

I really enjoy the slice cheese and salami. Wal-mart had the meat rolls that were originally on sale for 4.95, for 1 buck...I quickly bought 10.

D - 2 hamburger melted patties ( 1 two hours apart)

S - sausage & cheese

 

Gina why do I feel like I have so much water retained. Now my stomach but I feel so fat. What is going on.

It could be the flour or cabbage in the egg rolls.  Also, the sugar in the popsicles.  Or the carbs in the popcorn.  Coud also be an issue with your protien powder.  Have you tried different kinds?

You know Im thinking it is the salt in the popcorn, let me try not having it tomorrow. Thanks for bringing that up.....I feel much better.  Sunday I had too much salt in it...and I had some today.
