Do you get the pre-packaged vitamins?

I have been because it's easier.  However, it looks like the pre-packaged regimens are actually cheaper than the non-packaged vitamins.  Is this right?

I'd have to go in and do the math, but with most things you get less product when it's pre-packaged.

The pre-packaged are great to start with but everything can change once you get labs back. At that point, you'll need to start tweaking things. The items in the packages will always be part of your regimen but you'll add (likely) more of the items or other supplements.

For example, I take 8 25k IU Vitamin A a day to keep my labs where they are but the pre-pack only contains 4.

If your labs are within ranges on the pre-pack, go ahead and use them. It's certainly not going to hurt in any way but it is just the foundation for most people and they move out of it into packaging their own because they need customization.

It's more economical to buy the larger bottles and sort to your individual needs once your labs start coming in. Some folks need the prepackaged longer for their fast paced lifestyle, but otherwise, better to sort the larger bottles for yourself once you have your labs to go by.
