B: protein shake with cinnamon
B2: 2 poached eggs
L: taco salad, from Taco Time - no shell and hubby ate half
D: 2 small breakfast sausages, 2 pieces low carb pizza and small salad
Scale down one lb today woo hoo
Vites: all in except bedtime
Exercites: very sore body from working out on Fri, and Sat - so just walked today and will be back at it tomorrow
No Easter candy today, I gave chocolate bunnies away today and I still have stuff that I will try to get rid of tomorrow.
The Easter Bunny is a terrorist. lol You did great today. Congrats on the downward motion of the scale.
