My iron related labs for your comments:

ferrritin 103

hematocrit 41

hemoglobin 14

Iron 149

Total iron binding 435 (flagged as high)

Iron sat 34

Is high iron binding bad or okay?

And I take NO iron supplements.  I don't understand why my iron labs are ok with no iron supplement and other people are so anemic who TAKE iron.

High TIBC is usually associated with anemia but your other numbers are good. so I don't know about this one. Sounds more medical than nutritional.

Pushing the fat a little more - doubling my iron and calcium allows me to have a little more.

I really like my hardwood floors in the kitchen and foyer. I need to read up on keeping them in better shape but otherwise I'm liking them.  

Nice Bites. I need to buy more macadamia nuts too. Keeps me on the straight and narrow.

Something does seem off on the carb count...I sure don't see them.  Great looking Bites.
