S - fresh salsa and nachos
S - Shrimp Creole from Cheesecake Factory
D - leftover Shrimp Creole (hubby gets roast but I'm too full)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: missed
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
laundry and shopping/walking

I added some more salad and the strawberries and held the carb monster at bay pretty well today (no toffees, licorice or chocolate - and I feel good, yay!!).

I'm also going to see if I can get some samples of that protein you okayed for me (we just don't seem to have the same brands over here and thanks for the guidance BTW).  I'd like to get my protein a little higher and I'm prepared to risk at least trying the powdered stuff.

Good evening,

B1 protein shake with cinnamon - pretty good

B2: 3 egg omelet ham, mush. onion  around 11 am

S!: Easter candy - I'm bad

S2: meat and cheese and almonds 

D: low carb pizza off of Atkins - it was good, 1 piece

S: protein shake

Vites: everything except bedtime

Exercites: 40 min video/ day 2

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I like cinnamon in my protein coffee too. Kill the Easter Bunny!
