I also had 6 no bake chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies that aren't in the totals. Went to sleep unexpectedly when I just laid down to rest a minute and got totally behind in my eating. not my best day but not my worst either.

I really like these posts. More from a newbie diet.  Just starting to get into a routine. Moving from pureed to soft foods. Let me know if any of the protein totals look off. I am not always sure I get them right. Sorry I tried to edit this. I guess formatting is an art not a science.

You're doing just fine. Once you're healed a little more you can add more fat and less fat free stuff. Drives the dieticians crazy. lol 

Formatting issue. Try hitting the shift key and the enter key to get a single space. You can also hit shift and backspace for a single space correction.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm so looking forward to my first post op NUT visit in two weeks.
