D - turkey cutlets in Alfredo sauce

G - 2:30am?  Really?  Dang!  No wonder you have all your food mapped out for the day.  Getting up at the crack of dawn... I bet your house is clean too. 

B:  double scoop protein shake

B2: Hunk of bovine critter with olive topinade and mayo.  Will find more fat for this meal. 

L:?

D:  Hunk of bovine, avocado, onion, mayo, lemon - lettuce taco

S:  double scoop protein drink

Did weeding wacking yesterday - for miles it felt like!  I'm stiff, sore.  Going to have a few trees dropped for safety reasons - so lots of firewood needs to be cut up, split and stacked.  Good exercise.  Need to get started tearing down and rebuilding a couple of decks also.

I think the 2:30AM is the time on the west coast servers for OH.  I was up at 4:15AM....and my house is a mess.  lol

Here's the plan for today...

Bites:
B - protein coffee
S - almonds and turkey jerky
B - butter lettuce salad with assorted veggies and thousand island dressing with 4 oz of tri-tip
S - Fage yogurt with 1/2 cup blackberries and 2 tbs of slivered almonds
S - party at work today - will try my best to stay away from the cake! Think I'll save my yogurt and have that instead...
D - tbd
S - maybe - last night I didn't have my evening snack and I survived

Vites - yep!
Cites - water aerobics or elliptical

Well... I ate the cake and skipped the yogurt! Not my best choice but it was delicious!!

Darn!  Protein shake didn't arrive before I left work - oh well it should be there tomorrow morning.

The new protein bars are very dark chocolate (not my favorite) so I think I'll manage to control myself and have half per serving - I was testing today so it doesn't count!! ;-)

Hey Honeypie,

I was reading your menu and see a protein bar for 50 grms of protein.  What is the name of those?  Man, 50 grms of protein is really good.

Was that 50 for a whole bar, or half a bar?
