Made a serious effort to eat every hour today. I am full to the brim but managed to increase everything by 50% or more so guess I will have to eat every hour every day.
B unsweetened almond milk 2 cups
Pure protein choc powder 2 scoops
L other half of breakfast
S scrambled eggs 2
S turkey burger .5
S turkey burger .5
S cottage cheese 1/4 cup
sunflower seeds 2 tbsp
blueberries .5 cup
S Shrimp 5.5 oz
D quinoa .25 cup
Black beans .5 cup
mozz cheese .5 cup
S flourless pnut butter cookies 3
All day drink 2 scoops nectar natural peach in 32 oz h2o with Mio drops.
Fluids 72 oz
vits all done exercites,who had time lol

B - coffee; 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled with 2 pc bacon & mushrooms smothered in mozzarella cheese
L- cashew and broccoli chicken - no rice
S - ham and Swiss cheese roll ups with pork rinds
D - some steak nachos and half a prawn quasadilla
I've been so clean the last few days - not eating many carbs and now am feeling my dinner bubbling away in my tummy. I must say... Not worth it! I only hope I remember this the next time I'm craving nachos...

Some folks just can't handle corn even though they are gluten free and shouldn't bother the intestines.. {sigh}
