I lost my son in WEIGHT! 9 weeks post op

As of today 9 weeks post op plus my two week diet I have lost 81 lbs. My son came in the room and weighed himself when I weighed myself and he weighs 81 lbs. He is ten!

A friend suggested I carry him around a while and see how I feel. Good idea!

Thank you. I am very excited about the changes. I even cut my hair really short. First time in my life! BTW I dont know if anyone actually answered your Carb question the other day but from what I have read a lot of DS try to stay under 50g of carbs a day. I am early out and I don't count carbs but I read labels and I try to stay away from them if I can.
