Started My Liquid Diet Surgery Prep

I started my 2 week liquid diet today for surgery prep. Eventhough the process started months ago getting Insurance approval, not it's starting to feel it's for real now. My journey started this morning by me weighing myself 320lbs. NEVER going to see that number again!!!

You will do great. I am a 9 days into my pre op liquid diet. The first two days were the worst but knowing
that you are so close to surgery really helps. It's great to get this far. Congratulations!

Good luck to you TxKev!  The silver lining to the horrible liquid diet is that you'll most likely lose a big chunk of weight even before the surgery.  And yes, it's that important first step in the journey.  Dr Kim will do a fantastic job for you - and you will love your DS!!

Good Luck -- Day 5 was the worst for me but you just have to push threw it, I started mine at 321-surgery date 306 and since surgery down to 286. Surgery was on 4/1. (((())))
